The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped with check-in quickly, and the security and parking staff were also quite prompt and followed standard operating procedures. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights; such a good experience.

Been here twice and it's delicious, the price is also very affordable.

All the staff are friendly..the rooms are clean. The food is just so-so...maybe the hotel is old so it gives a scary impression.

You have to pay for parking even though you only drop off passengers for 2 minutes. It's really annoying.

Close to Monas, fast check-in, welcome drink, friendly staff, lots of food. It tastes delicious. My 3-year-old still gets breakfast free. The room is spacious, and the hot water works well. It's the best experience staying here.

I enjoyed staying here. From the lobby to the elevator, it felt luxurious, as the name suggests, Golden. The staff were friendly. The food was complete and delicious. The only downside was that the toilet floor didn't have a drain hole, so it could pool when wet.

In my opinion, staying at this hotel is the best! The service is very good.

The atmosphere is nice, there is a swimming pool and sauna.

I stayed at this hotel because I was on my way home from PRJ. The location is quite good, close to PR. The room looks quite old because the walls are peeling and falling off. The mattress is a bit hard, not soft. The pool is nice, you get towels so you don't have to bother bringing towels from the room.

The staff are friendly and the room can be upgraded because the room that was originally booked for a single bed was full, finally upgraded to Club even though it has a twin bed, breakfast has many choices from western to traditional and also tastes good especially the fresh fruit and the price is quite affordable.
