I have a good business trip at this property. Good price

The toilet is too small, the blanket is not clean, the WC door is not closed properly. There was no drinking water in the room, the whole room smelled of cigarettes, the air conditioner rumbled all night, no room cleaning

The hotel is well located but the room is not clean, comfortable, cramped. If the phone is not available (or there is no signal), the refrigerator does not have food or water, it cannot be used.

Last year I went to Quang Binh, also at this hotel ... everything was ok, the services were also okay compared to the price range. Until the last day I happened about something. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and the night was still good on the 2nd day. But until the 3rd day at 4pm, I checked out ... because I was quite subjective and the first 2 days even though I had cleaned the room the day before but nothing happened, the baby was holding me on the bag. refrigerator and in there 3 million VND, the last day we stayed in the room all day just going out for lunch for 1 hour. When I got home, I considered that the money was gone. Because the night before the money was still there, we were subjective and didn't take it carefully, because we were careless, so we created greed for others. I just want people to be more careful about money on the upcoming trips. And finally, I still feel dissatisfied even though the money is in the basket, but if people do not record the basket, then the money is lost. When I checked out, I still did not know the amount of money lost at the yard and came back to the house to find out, I called to the receptionist and the receptionist also said that I would watch the camera, but I could not call. I'm going to change people ... I hope everyone will learn from their experience and preserve their property more thoroughly for the whole trip ... and this hotel is fine but it's quite old. May the hotel manager read the words I say.
