Check-in and check-out was smooth. The receptionist was helpful. Information about parking was clear, and the hotel put extra effort into putting a notice on the lift about how to pay your vehicle's parking fee in the town by using the app Park@Perak.

the was friendly and accomodating. cx in smooth & fast. room comfort & toilet cleaness. there a lot of restaurant example restoran mamak, tomyam & etc to find food & beverage with walking distance. a lot of parking surrounding the hotel.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is near to mosque, taiping mall and hospital taiping. A lot of eateries nearby but parking might be an issue, need to take grab or walk. Area is not noisy, free parking for guests.

The hotel seems to stinge on their laundry bill. Asked for 1 extra towel for our kid and they refuse to provide. They said need to pay for extra bed in order to get the extra towel. My first experience in a hotel where they will not give 1 extra towel. Air conditioning is not so cold as well. Lost my mood and my hope on this hotel. Definitely will not stay here again.
