There are many different room types, ours was just a hotel style room near the back. It was clean, everything worked, they serviced the room every day. The location is good, just away from traffic (there isn't much in Ban Krut). The pool is just great! They have free bikes and the area is good for biking. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Many Wi-Fi routers, some better than others. They have a spot of beach area.
