The room sealing is not soundproof enough so that TV sound can be heard from other rooms.

The hotel is situated very near to the street food and mini market (just a few walks or across the street). The bedroom space for a standard room is quite small, and all room types are treated the same (no specified smoking and non-smoking rooms).

The sheets were stained black, as if bloodstained. Unfortunately, I didn't complain at the time. I'm a regular guest at Parma Pau; I've never complained about this as often as I check in. But today, I was disappointed to find my deposit deducted due to suspected bloodstains on the sheets. On the few times I've stayed at Parma Pau, one receptionist was quite unfriendly, without smiling or explaining specifically about the deposit deduction, compared to other, friendlier receptionists. Please be aware.

The room was okay, recommended for those on a budget. The room was spacious and clean, but parking was a bit tricky. Otherwise, it's good and a good place to stay next time.

Upon check-in, the staff showed no hospitality, the AC remote was broken, the spray nozzle had many spots, and the room phone didn't work. Upon check-out, the room inspector didn't inform us if anything was missing. We highly recommend staying here.
