The hotel is nice and clean, close to the city center. The staff is friendly.

The room is comfortable, clean and fragrant. The food is also varied and delicious. If I go to Bukittinggi, I will stay here again.

We ordered a twin bed room but it turned out that the mattresses could not be combined, but when we ordered it, the rules were not stated, the wifi in the room could not be used from the first check in, the hotel cleaning staff entered the room without permission even though we had reported that the room did not need to be cleaned and the staff entered when we were not in the room, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom even though the room caption stated that it was available, I am fed up of staying at this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 days, overall the service, location, cleanliness are good, the food is also varied & delicious. The swimming pool facilities are of decent size, the kids are happy. However, there are a few obstacles, on the 2nd day the bath water was not warm, the wifi code given did not connect, the TV broadcast was only active on 3 local channels. The room is not soundproof, the 2nd night was quite disturbed by the noise from other rooms.

For a recommended place, you can try it, but there are a few drawbacks because the view outside the room window makes it uncomfortable. When you open the window, all you can see is the roof of the house. So you can't see the view of the surrounding city. Also, the breakfast menu is not very varied and the taste is still standard...
