The service was very friendly, the security, and the receptionist were friendly. I found the food to be average, but I didn't really like the fried rice, it was mushy, and the menu for the second day was the same, the same fried rice. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the sink was leaking, causing the bathroom to flood a bit.

The room is very spacious, but I had quite a bad first impression as there is a bug on the bed, but the staff are very helpful. They took care of it right away, and nothing showed up after that. The room is clean. I would recommend fixing the shower as it is sort of clogged, and the breakfast needs more variation. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay.

Staff is good. But variety of meals must be improved.

I've stayed here many times. But yesterday, for some reason, the sheets itched when I slept, making me toss and turn uncomfortably. The other bed (my room has a twin bed) didn't itch. Please add another pillow for each bed because this one is really thin. The TV is also full of ants, maybe it's time to replace it with one that can support Netflix. This hotel is helped by its location because there's a mall below it and the breakfast is good.
