The staff is friendly, I appreciate it. There's just no water heater. For a price approaching 500, it's not worth it in my opinion. There are only 2 TV channels available. The cleanliness is quite good, but please pay attention to the area under the mattress and cupboard. There are lots of leaves down to the beach, so I'm afraid of wild animals like snakes. The food is delicious, even though there's only one menu: fried rice, rice noodles, omelettes, and corn fritters, then crackers. The view is indeed top-notch, and the location is strategic. But again, with the price, I think it's better to reduce it with these facilities. It's a shame if the view is so beautiful if the place is not maintained like that. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The rooms were dirty and infested with cockroaches, the water taps were broken and the water flowed slowly. The swimming pool was unusable. It was simply not worth the price.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious and quite clean, but access to the beach is quite far, but it requires effort, the food is delicious for a cool vibe in the afternoon and evening.

The room was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned, with thick dust under the bed. The sheets were dirty. The drawers were dusty. At night, when you went out, you'd find people doing karaoke, drinking alcohol, and using it as a place of sin.

I stayed on June 5-6, 2025 during high season ... originally the choice was not here but because it was full, so I chose here because there is a private beach. But sorry for the others I can not give a more rating. It is very unfortunate with a good view but the condition of the hotel is very old. The environment is not maintained. If it is repaired it will be much better ... For the price I paid, I think I could get more,,, in the room there was no tea and coffee.. even though it should be with that price usually you can get it.. especially this is a 2 star hotel,,, for breakfast only uduk rice ... not wrong, tea and coffee are usually things that are definitely available at every hotel breakfast.. there is only tea and it is very clear, not like tea ... there is no coffee ... until I think seriously, I paid this much and only got this ... hopefully the management can accept input and improve what is lacking ... at least people are not discouraged from going there.. can also compete with surrounding hotels ... For the staff, all are good and friendly ... Thank you.

Staff friendly and accommodating all our needs well. The hotel is so old, nothing much to see except the sea view from the balcony is amazing.

The room is spacious, the balcony view is also directly to the beach. It's clean too.

The bathroom is new and has cigarette butts, the mattress is dirty, the bedcover hasn't been washed, the telephone doesn't work, breakfast is just steamed rice at a high price.

we stayed here for one night, in April 2025. some points: + strategic location + there is good access to the beach + the room is quite large and the view directly to the sea is good + breakfast tastes good - breakfast is not much variety, can be varied more considering the price of the hotel is quite high - the room has many insects (especially lots of tomcats) only given baygon, there are also many that stick and occasionally fly, fortunately they don't bite us. poor for small children. overall for the price it's not worth it, considering the quality of the room and its cleanliness. the hotel can do better to improve the quality according to the price, even though the location and view are really great.

Very dirty. Dirty bathroom, dirty toilet, dirty room in the corner and in between the rooms. Very dirty. The view of the room is very beautiful.
