Recomendation hotel, beautiful view, clean and comfort 👍.

Very disappointing, very bad service. Drinking water is not provided, soap and toiletries are not available, rooms are dirty. Most disappointing to be charged an additional fee when checking out 30 minutes late. It is recommended not to use this hotel if you want your vacation in Samosir to not disappoint. The most disappointing hotel I have ever experienced.

This hotel is suitable for a vacation with a group or alone. The price is quite affordable and the service is also friendly. The view is also good (lake view). It's just that room service needs to be improved (cleaning the room every day). The facilities are quite good, the price is so there is a TV and hot/cild shower.

We ordered 2 rooms (suite and ambassador) we requested an adjacent room and were given an adjacent suite on the 2nd floor, the room was quite clean, the location was also strategic, lots of houses, eating around the hotel only breakfast was available only plain fried rice, tasteless and cold and the receptionist is not 24 hours, we want an early check-out at 6.30 am we can't because new employees arrive at 7 am. On the first night the atmosphere was still calm on the second night there were guests playing regional songs very loudly in the middle of the night so that it disturbed our sleep. Overall okay.

The location is quite ok, from the balcony the room can directly view the lake. Every morning you can walk in the morning with good air, close to the place to sell food.

Great and so clean -- the room especially the bathroom, but no wifi. Internet is so bad so improve it and use hotspot wifi in the room... Thanks.
