Needs renovation. Bathroom outside

This is my first time staying in a hotel with an outside bathroom.

Room was below standard, No wardrobe, no hot water, no supplementary coffee or tea. Breakfast pre-prepared, only one type (nasi goreng) and placed outside the room. To my horror, food was eaten by rats. Toilet is outside the room like a public toilet, no hot water shower. What agitated me most is there's no apology from the management.

We had booked a standard room. When we arrived, the room was occupied, and we were asked to pay extra money to move to another room. The room that had been booked should have been empty when we arrived.

For the deluxe type, it's okay, only stayed for one night so I can't review much.

I got Lily and Tulip room, The room was good enough, but for the tulip room the hot water was not felt, for the extra bed you get a towel but the towel smells a bit musty, for food maybe there can be an additional egg and a variation of 2 fruits. God willing, if I go to Jatibarang I will stay at Aneka again.

The staff are all very friendly, both female and male. Every time I go to Jatibarang, I definitely choose this hotel because it is close to all city facilities. The place is comfortable and the price is friendly. 😍

Friendly staff and cool and beautiful hotel environment

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel without a toilet. The toilet is outside the room. I quickly ordered because it was already 9 pm and I didn't know it was 250 thousand rupiah and there was no toilet. It's a mess everywhere I order for 250 thousand rupiah and there's already a toilet. I've experienced hotels for 100 thousand - 2 million rupiah and this is the funniest because there's no toilet in the room.

Close to the train station, in front there is a supermarket, easy access, friendly staff. Overall comfortable.
