Luxury vibes, spacious room. But the cleanliness needs to improve.

Nice room, service, breakfast with various menu.

The location is great, the interior is also nice. It's just that the water on the 6th floor is not very strong.

Overall, the room is nice and luxurious, but the service from the receptionist to the waiter during breakfast is really lacking. They are rude and impolite when serving, the waiter just sits and is not alert to direct us to the restaurant.

1. I booked 3 suites with smoking facilities and a balcony/terrace, but when checking in I was informed that smoking facilities were on request. On Traveloka there is a smoking sign and a balcony/terrace but when checking in the staff informed me that smoking must be requested. 2. The room on the 1st floor seemed unmaintained, the shower hose leaked while taking a shower, there were small cockroaches in the room, the TV could not be watched (no channels) had to call the staff but it was still difficult to find channels. Please between Traveloka and partners can be convinced which are facilities and which must be requested.

The room is spacious, clean, the bathroom water is small even though there is a bathtub. The room TV is slow and there are no free external TV channels. The staff is friendly, unfortunately the receptionist is not on standby at night so it is difficult to contact.

for the location of the hotel is strategic close to shopping centers and tourist attractions, the lobby is very luxurious, the hallway area of the room is also bright not scary, the condition of the room is clean, spacious, fragrant, luxurious, bright lights are also comfortable equipped with a bathtub only less soundproof because from inside the room you can hear the sound of chatting from the next room, in the room there is also only one clothes hanger and even then it is only a clothes hanger made of plastic not wood like most of those available in other hotels, because there is only one so it cannot be used optimally to hang clothes that must be hung, for staff service please improve again because from the first time entering the room I have requested additional clothes hangers waited until night and even twice reminded to ask the frontliner still not delivered to the room, for facilities because there is no swimming pool maybe it would be better to add a Playground so that visitors who stay with children will be more comfortable, and wifi if possible should not only be used in the room, because as soon as we leave the room like to the lobby or restaurant wifi can no longer be used, for the others it is good

Honestly, the staycation at The Grantage Hotel was really fun, the room was spacious with an amazing design, the kids were happy, the thing I really liked was that the breakfast had a variety of food, and the menu served was luxurious. I didn't regret staying here & will be a repeat order again. Highly recommended at The Grantage Hotel. I won't regret it.

It was a decent stay, could be more improved.

Overall it's good, only the parking space is not enough, the basement is only for 10 cars, the lobby is for 7 cars, and the rest can be parked on the street in front of the hotel. (Guaranteed safe by security)

BFI Run event, I accompanied my husband to the event. In the morning, my husband ran and I had breakfast, thank God I was allowed to bring a plate to the room for my husband's breakfast because he was running.

The AC was not cold, and the parking space is not friendly for SUV car.

This is my second time here. When I wanted to make hot water from the kettle, it was very dirty because there were fish scales inside, at first I thought it was paper so I scraped it with my hand to rinse off the fishy smell and black fish scales. I complained to the staff and replaced it with a new one (they said maybe they weren't careful when washing it), secondly, there was still a lot of dirt on the bathroom floor so I had to rinse it myself). The quality control is lacking. For a hotel, it's actually really good, but the cleanliness should be maintained better.

The bathroom is clean, there is a bathtub too. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean. Satisfied staying here.
