The bedsheets and pillow cover sheets are not clean. There are stains which make us feeling not comfortable. The rest are fine.

Room was clean, very near to tambun waterpark, KFC is just 3 doors away. Good staying and will come back.

Satisfied although there are some problems at check-in time, the problem can be resolved well. Staff on duty are also friendly.

Book a king size room ... on a technical problem with a double single bed room .. plenty of space in the hotel area until it is in the room .. the carpet in the dirty corridor..berbau..serius i will not book again..please upgrade the hotel's cleanliness
