We arrived early without prior notice, but fortunately, a room was available and we were allowed to check in early. The staff were very kind and informative. They also provided recommendations for places to visit, such as Fansipan World and Sapa snacks. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the city with the hills and lake in the background. The amenities were also complete. On our last day, upon checking out while waiting for the bus to Hanoi, we were given complimentary local oranges and tea. The staff were very friendly.

However, the hotel's location is suitable for those planning to rent a motorbike or own a car; walking isn't far but can be tiring, and renting a motorbike to the city center is a bit short, so many drivers are reluctant to go. Nevertheless, it's still close and convenient to visit tourist attractions. 9 out of 10, I'll consider staying here again next time.

Memorable vacation, rooms are quite clean and comfortable, there is only a small problem that needs to improve Wifi system so that it is better. My room at wifi is quite flickering.

Everything is normal. The hotel is in a major restoration, not lift, Executive room at floor 4.5 as I am no longer due to being repaired, must be at the 3rd floor view blocked by next door, overlooking the lake and mountains. Breakfast is simple, nothing special. The hotel is not very close to the town center, there is a small alley called Xuan Ho which is very steep and a short road to the center. The advantage is good hot water, with a view if you get the right room in the 4.5 floor. The downside is that the hotel is being repaired and cleaned, the product of the previous guests is still left, the road is sloping down to the center. The overview is a hotel that is suitable for the price I paid so I was satisfied with the part, rated 7.5 / 10

Check-in but without pillows and toiletries, drinking water. Must go down and remind 2 times when the new employee brought it directly to bring it up. The next day discovered a bunch of hair tied to a horror. The disappointment
