The app did not send the booking to the hotel, then I had to call customer service and it took a long time.

We boked 2 huts and 1 room, then when we checked in one hut has broken aircon. The size of hut is so small for the room price. Then hotel staff replaced us with 3 rooms in the building. It turned out that 1 room has broken aircon (hot air instead of cool air). Overall it was not a comfortable stay for us.

The huts are tiny and one of them has broken air con. The hotel offered us replacement rooms in a building. The new rooms look nice however the air condition in one room was not cool.

มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดี เพราะจอดรถหน้าที่พักได้เลย ที่พักอยู่ลึกมากแต่มีรถสามล้อรับส่งตลอด สระว่ายน้ำเด็กๆก็เล่นสนุก เพราะมีสไลเดอร์และสระเด็กค่อนข้างกว้าง แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเก่าและค่อนข้างสกปรก สายฉีดชำระสกปรกมากไม่กล้าใช้เลย แถมอาหารเช้า​ก็งดเพราะให้เหตุผลว่าสถานการณ์โควิท ก็เข้าใจนะ แต่น่าจะให้เลือกได้หน่อยว่าจะรับเป็นชุด American Breakfast หรือ จะรับอะไร? แต่นี่เหมาเอาข้าวต้มหมูถ้วยเล็กๆมาให้ 2ถ้วยจบ รู้สึกเสียดายเพราะถ้ากินบุฟเฟ่เช้าคงกินได้หลากหลายและอิ่มกว่านี้ แต่โดยรวมก็ถือว่าโอเคนะ อาจจะมาพักอีกถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาด Ps. อ้อแต่ที่รู้สึกไม่ชอบคือ พอเรามาถึงห้องพักเปลี่ยนชุดล้อคห้องออกมาจะไปเล่นน้ำแล้ว ลงมาเจอแม่บ้านถามว่ายุห้องไหนนะจะเอาเบียร์ไปใส่ตู้ให้ งงเลยย ไอ้เราล้อคห้องออกมาก็คิดว่าจะ​ไม่มีใครเข้าไปห้องเราได้แล้ว นี่กลายเป็นออกกันมาแต่มีคนอื่นมีกุญแจอีกชุดไปไขห้องเราดูของในห้องได้? กลายเป็นออกไปเล่นน้ำกันแบบระแวงๆเพราะทิ้งกระเป๋าตังค์กับของมีค่าไว้ในห้องกัน เรื่องนี้ควรปรับปรุง ถ้าจะเอาเบียร์มาให้ควรเอามาใส่ตั้งแต่ก่อนลูกค้ามาถึงสิ?
