The room was not clean, I felt unsafe, the atmosphere was scary, very old and dilapidated. The room door wouldn't open, the TV didn't work, the bathroom smelled terrible, there was a lot of dust, and there was disturbing noise.

The service at the Lee Fenix Hotel is very good. There is a very delicious breakfast, but only the sports facilities are not available. At that time, there was a list, but when I got there, there were none. That's the only thing that made me disappointed, but apart from that, it was good.

My flight with Thai Airways from Bali to Bangkok was cancelled. The hotel decided not to honour the booking for the next day. Don't mind taking the money with zero service. Not good enough.

This little hotel is to be one of my fav! The gentleman (owner I think) who is working at the counter is really lovely, very polite and friendly, and extremely helpful. Also, the young staff on the floor are really great. One tiny problem though regarding the car park, I parked in a spot where it is quite difficult to get my car out due to the amount of cars using the car park from 6 PM, but 3 staff were there and helped me push other cars and help get my car out, so kudos to all of them!! I will see you again for sure.

The room smells musty! Everything inside the room is very old. Peeling paint on the walls and mold. The bedside light doesn't work. The pillow provided was uncomfortable when sleeping. The curtains are moldy. The lightbulb in the room didn't look safe. The towels provided are torn and the color is not white and the color is gray, not suitable for use. The door is very difficult to open. At first I couldn't open the door so I went down and told the staff to come and fix it and waited for more than 20 minutes. Until there were employees to open for it. Feeling sorry for the money and very disappointed. The actual condition and the picture when booking are completely different.

It is a hotel where the rooms are very dirty and the shower smells bad and is not clean, the tiles on the floor are lose, the towels are very dirty and smelly, and the mattress is dirty and smelly and there is cosmetics on the mattress. When we checked in into the room, I was shocked by the condition. The room is very old, not new like in the picture. I have stayed in many hotels but this one is the dirtiest.

Very dirty hotel, please don't booked this terrible hotel, sangat sangat jorokk bauu gatel badan, bantal bau najis.
Messy, dirty, not worth the price, not exactly the cover, but the reception staff are very cute. I don't know the cleaning department or the dirty department. 1,200 is really not worth it. I even want to post it as a video.
