The accommodation on the website is not clear. Not true Keeping the key deposit is too expensive. If compared to other 5 star hotels

Accommodation is very good, size is a fan room.

The water does not flow and the water is yellow.

The lights in the bathroom do not work. No drinking water for customers. I checked in at night. I just needed drinking water. I couldn't contact the reception to report the problem. I was disappointed with the service. And the worst is water. I can't shower. The water flows very little and doesn't flow. The color of the water is yellow, with dust and sediment. I used to buy water for drinking to wash my face.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staffs, clean and nice room, the sew view is also nice. The only thing we didn't like was the hot water in the bathroom. it was not enough for 2 people taking shower, hence we had to wait for hours until the water become hot again and 1 of us can take a shower. Overall, it is still be a nice place to stay. I will come back again.
