Overall it's ok, only one minus, I asked for additional mineral water, they said 2 more bottles free per day from the start of check in until the next day but they didn't deliver it, I've called 3 times and told the staff who delivered the room service too.

Staycation with my Hubby, the staff's friendliness at check-in was impressive because they finally tried to fulfill the room request, plus Wi-Fi, location, menu & breakfast taste were quite okay, even late check out was given 1 hour by Santika Hotel. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was late at night and very tiring, and getting there was extremely inconvenient. The location inside Mega City Bekasi is poorly arranged, with no clear signs for motorcycle users. The parking staff did not give clear instructions and made the situation very inconvenient. They also asked too many questions, almost like an interrogation, just because I arrived on a motorcycle.
