The staff are all friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, and the prices are affordable!

staff is friendly but the area need more maintenance

they should fix the hotel facilities. sadly, some of the rooms are broken and cannot be used. the hotel bathroom smells, the spa room condition is poorly abandoned, the staffs are very friendly but we can tell they are out of main staffs so, they hired interns or part timers. the food options for bfast was OK but not much options for kids (just cereals section and pastries). i wish them good luck.

all good n perfect except one thing, we stayed on the 3rd floor with a nice view overlooking the sea, but the waves were big so the room felt like an earthquake and kept shaking, is there a solution for that? because actually the hotel is good for that price, but if you stay in a room downstairs the vibrations are only felt a little

I forgot to take a picture but I have to say, it was not disappointing, it was great, clean, the room was very nice, not far from the sea. Taking pictures in the morning, the black beach is beautiful.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The room was nice. The bed was soft. The breakfast was delicious. Unlike other people's reviews which said it was bad. Everything here is okok. 5 stars hotel. There is a beach club jvva. We ordered salted egg squid and fried banana. Everything was delicious. The service was ok. Indeed the purpose of staying here, far from everywhere. Suitable for a staycation. The place is quiet. Far from the crowds like Canggu and Kuta. It's just the lack of lighting.

Its under renovation so its abit uncomfortable during our stay. The room phone is not working so communication done through whatsapp so abit inconvenient. The ocean view room very close to the beach so its abit noisy, some people might find it hard to sleep. The plus point is staffs are all friendly and helpful. Maybe need to cek with the hotel if its still under renovation and avoid room to close to the beach if you want to stay here.

Got a room in the Suite king garden view but still got the ocean view too, spacious room, complete amenities, private pool on the balcony, friendly staff. Kindly please improve the taste of the food.

friendly staff, arrived before check in time, but the room was immediately prepared without having to wait long. The view is very beautiful.

The best hotel in Klungkung near the beach is highly recommended. The staff is super humble.

This hotel is a truly lovely experience and absolutely worthy of its 5 stars. The peaceful sound of the waves creates a sense of calm and serenity, while the morning sunrise is simply breathtaking. While the beach for sunset requires a short walk, it's well worth it. On the other hand, some aspects of the hotel could benefit from improvement, and I hope they undertake maintenance quickly. I also highly recommend venturing to Semarapura for a distinct and contrasting atmosphere compared to Denpasar.

Hotel building is old & lack of maintenance, lobby actually is stunning but when we walk to ocean pool we can see clearly so many holes in the roof, it looks awful when you try to get some nice pics over there. When we arrived to enjoy our welcoming drinks at restaurant we tried to order pizza but they say they don't have any mozzarella cheese so we ended up order for calamari rings and es cendol as their promoted menu at that time. I'm asked will their mozarella cheese be ready for the dinner time, they just said don't know. And yes, when we tried again to order pizza in the night, they still can't served it. We ended up order for fried rice. Too bad it's obviously they lack of stock management & quick response for fulfilling the basic ingredients for their restaurant (they offered limited menu though, so we don't have any options there, especially for kids). Later in the night we asked them to pick up the dirty dishes of our dinner they said just to put them in the front of room, but shockingly we can still find them there even looks more dirty with many insects, after we coming back from breakfast, lol. The breakfast menu is good actually, we notice many Indian menu at that time, not sure if it's regular or not. They have 2 swimming pool, when we go to garden pool we can see a dead baby bird floating in the pool. It makes us sick & rush to go to ocean pool, where we can see many big holes in the roof of the building, lol. They also have outside guest for swimming in the ocean pool so it's so crowded & bit lack of privacy. And the ultimate experience was I can't sleep all night because we can feel shaky like earthquakes every minutes, first I thought because our room near elevator? But turned out it was because of the ocean wave. It makes me anxious if the building is strong enough or not. Check out time is the fastest ever of my life, they didn't even bother to asked how was our stay. Well, overall it goes way below our expectations for a resort stay experience.

So Far ok for a staycation the location of the hotel is integrated with the beach. but the beach is black sand and when staying again you are not allowed to go down the coast because it is high tide. for breakfast ok only children over 5 years old have to pay and it is a bit expensive above 100K even though the food that children can enjoy is only a little. while other hotels usually still charge half the price around > 75K Room Ok and clean, friendly staff. It's just that the pool water is cloudy, often maintenance.

good, for the room is good, clean, but coincidentally there is a broken shower bathtub, but the problem was quickly resolved. But unfortunately did not have time to use the swimming pool, because there were too many activities outside the hotel.
