Hmm, it's not a pleasant experience to stay here. The lights are out, the bathroom is dirty, it's dark, the atmosphere is scary. I don't want to stay here. Luckily the receptionist was good.

The tv is broken, the wifi doesn't work, the hot water doesn't work either. Beyond that, it's worth a stop, the guards are also good & friendly.

There 's no shower to bath and air conditioner are work not properly.

Very not recommended, the hotel lobby smells of cigarettes, is messy, some light rooms are off, the bathroom is dirty, the TV has no channels, the wifi is off, there are no towels. No toiletries. Only the AC is cold.

This is my 5th time stay. Every time I visit pelabuhan ratu, It is a must to stay at Bettah Coba. Like the name, I really betah to coba to stay 🤩. The price are valuable, the room are spacious, the hot water always working good and the staff are friendly.

The room is not clean. The towel is ugly and given 1. No toiletries and the AC is not cold, the TV has no signal.

We occupied room no 4 double beds, there was water dripping from the ceiling right above the bed, and for amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, all were missing. Drinking water is not provided (sorry we didn't have time to take photos for this object).
