Exactly on the same day, we were able to check in. It was very sudden and we were about to arrive at the hotel on a long journey from Jakarta to Bandung, suddenly we got an email from the application that the hotel had cancelled my booking due to overbooking. I complained to the hotel, the information came from the application. Long story short, we arrived at the hotel at half past 2 and we complained loudly and were followed up by Mr. Hilman, the hotel manager, probably. We booked 1 family room and 1 deluxe standard room, finally we were replaced with 1 double deluxe room and we couldn't get another room until we waited until 7 pm and finally got the other room. We are still grateful, thank God, because Mr. Hilman, the super best, helped us get a room even though we were very tired, dizzy and wanted to rest. Room 210 is in good condition but a bit scary because the electricity keeps going on and off so the murrotal sound also goes off. Just a suggestion for the throne-like seat in the corner of the bed to be removed because it makes it scary. There should also be more lights in the hotel hallway and in the room with bright lights. For the restaurant during breakfast, the orange juice is delicious, real orange, sambosa and omelette are also delicious. The staff are friendly. Prayer mats, sarongs and mukena are provided in the room so it really helps us as Muslims. Thank you.
