Clean white towels and pillows. Yummy food. Minimalist yet fragrant rooms. Strategic location, next to Superindo and near UNAIR MERR-C campus. Suggestion: please scrub the corners of the bathroom floor to reduce limescale. The drain may be clogged with hair or dirt, please clean it to prevent water from pooling during showers.

The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy.

Strategic location, on the edge of a major road, opposite Superindo, close to Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Clean and comfortable rooms. A pleasant stay experience, complete hotel facilities, very friendly hotel staff, all processes are fast.

Comfortable near city center, friendly staff.

We left two pairs of our sports shoes around the lobby parking lot when we checked out and only realized after we got home. We contacted the Hotel and it turned out they kept them well. The delivery back to our house was also fast and easy. Thank you very much Maxone Dharmahusada, keep up the good work.

The food lacks variety, the room smells of cigarettes and the room is not very clean. This is my second time staying here, the second time was disappointing.

Clean room. Good service. I stayed for 2 days. When checking in, I arrived early, around 12. Couldn't check in yet. Told to wait 30 minutes. However, when 1 hour or so I kept asking, still told to wait.
