It's actually in accordance with the stars (3 stars). I think the room lights are lacking, the bed sheets seem to have a lot of yellow stains as if they weren't changed/laundry wasn't clean enough. The bathroom mat would be better if it was clean/washed. Toiletries like soap also seem to not be replaced if they are not used up, meaning everyone who stays in the room will use the same soap as the previous occupant, what if someone is naughty and puts something in the container containing the same liquid soap, we don't know what they did with the soap? (in accordance with 3 stars). In essence, it's in accordance with 3 stars, This is just sharing my personal experience during a 2-night stay in a deluxe room.

The hotel staff was friendly, the bedroom was large, and the bathroom was clean. The room wasn't soundproof, so the neighboring rooms were noisy. We didn't have breakfast.

This was my third stay at Opi Indah Hotel. It's a peaceful location, close to the mall, and easy access to the hotel.

Thank God, I stayed at OPI for three nights in two different rooms. It was quite comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Hopefully, OPI Hotel can continue to grow in the future. 👍👍

The hotel is actually in a very strategic location, the staff is friendly, but the Wi-Fi is not very good. It only connects to your phone for a short time, and it doesn't even connect to the TV at all, so you have to use a personal hotspot. Netflix access is also not available, so you have to use your own account.
