We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the strong water pressure and how well the hot water worked. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the balcony could have been cleaner, as it would have made the outside view even more superb. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place I would happily recommend!

The location is excellent—very close to Sun Plaza and the station to Fansipan, right in the heart of Sapa. The vibe and ambience are very comfortable and relaxing. It’s also within a reasonable distance of several halal food options around the Thac Bac area. There are plenty of great coffee shops nearby, such as Cong Caphe Cau May and Highlands Coffee at Sun Plaza, and there are also several places offering foot reflexology and massage within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, the room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our requests. For the overall experience, the price is definitely worth it. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Very good experience! We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very strategic (in front of the hotel there is an ATM Agribank, lots of street food) and it's just a minute's walk to the Sapa station. The room is clean, even though it is an old building, it is still well-maintained! I was so thankful to Dua Lipa because she's very helpful and such a nice person with good English!

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist named Selena. The location is very good, just a few steps away from Sun Plaza Station, Sapa Square, and restaurants outside. Surely will recommend this hotel if you’re going to Sapa.

Everything was 5-star. Receptionist Xuan/Selena helped us with everything we needed, from bus tickets to Fansipan, weather information, motorbike rentals, and more. She made sure our entire Sapa trip went smoothly. The cafe serves delicious food at reasonable prices, unlike other cafes/restaurants that are expensive and don't suit Indonesian tastes.

Definitely stay here again if I go to Sapa
