This resort isn't bad, actually. The view is absolutely beautiful, that's my favorite part. But as for the service, I think the staff still needs a lot of training. They're friendly and kind, that's obvious. It's just that they're still quite awkward, not very responsive, and not very proactive. For example, when I asked the receptionist about the possibility of upgrading my room (because I wanted one overwater), the answer was "we'll check first"... but there was no follow-up at all. The same thing happened when I saw on Instagram and WhatsApp that they had Fun Dives / Discovery Scuba Diving (DSD) activities. I was really interested and asked, but again, they only said they would check, with no further news until I returned home. So, overall, the staff are nice and friendly, but they're still a bit awkward and lack initiative. In my opinion, this resort is more suitable for people whose main goal is diving.
