Staffs are nice, friendly and very helpfull. Interesting surroundings full with local bussinesses and cafes.

We had a great time at Ha Noi Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staffs were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The location is closed by to many great areas. Breakfast was great. We'll definitely come back here again and strongly recommend the hotel.

Stayed there for 2 nights and they were very nice and welcoming, love how Chloe at the reception welcoming and explain things to us, small things does really matter she went to details! The room was clean and comfort. I love the idea of them hanging chocolates in our door, that was so sweet! Choices of breakfast were good, I love the selection expecially the porridge and bacon, those 2 were my favorites. All the waiter/ss during the breakfast was super friendly.

The room was so neat, clean, and nicely decorated, exactly the same as the photos! The staff are super kind and helpful and they gave me additional 20% off for spa treatment. Located strategically near the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi 🫶🏻
