Positives: - Affordable price, luxurious quality for a 3-star hotel. - New children's pool. - Hot water runs smoothly and there's no standing water. - The AC is cold, no need for 16; 25 is enough. - The room is fully carpeted. - The room is divided into two, so the kids can rest and play without interruption. - The YouTube channel runs smoothly without lag, making it a delight for the kids. - Close access and plenty of merchandise outside the hotel. - The car was washed and a keychain with the guest's name was included. Negatives: - The pillows are too hard, not soft. Luckily, there are small ones, so 8 pillows are available on the two beds. - The Wi-Fi on my phone isn't very fast, perhaps because they're focused on the YouTube channel. Data is still available. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. The reason this hotel is always fully booked is because the service and service are excellent. The car was thoroughly washed, but unfortunately, when I was there (September 5-6), it was covered in volcanic ash. The staff cleaned it several times, but it was still dusty. 🥲 (-) The downside was that I use Smartfren and Tsel, and the signal was a bit weak in the room. The TV room was decent, but their Wi-Fi was also good. It could be an option if you want to stay in Puncak again. 😁
