Oh my God, this was my first time staying at the Amarsya Hotel, whose facilities truly pamper guests. I'm very satisfied. The friendly service remains the same, the rooms are clean and smell good.

The room was spacious and clean. Even with only a fan (a modern one), it remained cool and the room didn't smell of cigarettes. Recommended hotel if you're staying in Puncak.

The first day I stayed in a private pool room, it was so comfortable, so nice, the kids were happy, mom was happy, and dad was happy too. The room was clean, fragrant, comfortable, the TV could use Netflix, but the signal was a bit spotty. The second day I stayed in this jacuzzi room, it was no less cool, comfortable, aesthetic, and it was really nice staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the motorbike was washed. I got a personalized keychain, what else could I want 🤭. It made me not want to go home 😅

I've never had a bad check-in at Amarsya. I always get friendly service from the staff. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The food is also delicious—Amarsya is the best. Hopefully, it stays this consistent ❤️

It was just Saturday and Sunday, and I already checked out, but I really didn't want to go home. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the service was fast, just as described. The car was washed and they gave us key chains with our names on them 🤗

Comfortable place, unfortunately there is no swimming pool.

As expected, plus the car wash facility makes the mood better 👍
