Old hotel, big room, can be used for many people. The hotel atmosphere is dark.

Even changing the bed sheet, it still itch, lots of small animals, there are cockroaches, not clean.

A strategic place, not bad for a family vacation, time to gather for a vacation.

Strategic location in downtown Bukit Bintang, Security is very well maintained because everywhere you have to use an access card and the apartment owner is very friendly and alert. We are very grateful for being given a good room with a very good view. very recommended.

The apartment was great. Although the furniture are out dated but the place was peacefull. I just not very happy with the smoke smells.

There was charge us rm 400 because that we have family about 8-9 person .. and we enjoy for the talk until morning. There are not refund us rm 200 deposit..and I am not returned 1 access card to them.. and all is not malaysia worker and speaking is not understanding. So shame with my family.. I promise I will not booking again.

we were greeted by a very rude staff who raised his voice at us. Because we do wish to swap rooms the next day as room was not available on the day we checked in. he yelled at us in the room stating that it's not his problem that we don't get the room we wanted. he was super impolite and we had to cancel our booking and stay.

Strategic location, next to connect to Times Berjaya Square Mall. There is no lobby for guests, if you come to the contact person or ask security, you will meet near the elevator, then transfer to your room. The apartment is quite spacious, suitable for families.

it's difficult to do the check in

I have been stayed in KL Bintang Suites for 3 nights. For me and my family, the location is really strategic. anytime we are hungry, just go down to berjaya times square or walk to Alor about 5 minutes. Its near pavilion, Lot 10, and Imbi Station. About the service is very comfortable and helpful. I am really recommend this place. Not disappointed !
