Comfortable hotel close to the beach, great pool. I'll stay there again if I go to Bangka.

I really like the playground, especially the children's playground. My kids absolutely love it. It's rare to find a playground in a hotel in Bangka.

1. The road is badly damaged and full of potholes. 2. The electricity suddenly went out completely at the glamping site. 3. We felt pressured during our stay. 4. We felt very restricted and constantly disturbed. 5. Please pay attention to the friendliness of the staff. 6. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the mattress upon check-in. 7. The ceramic toilet has holes in it.

The staff is friendly, the view is really good, quiet, comfortable, just a suggestion, the cleanliness under the bed needs to be improved, everything else is comfortable

The toilet and tent are separate, so it feels uncomfortable. The tent is also hot even though there is an air cooler but in my opinion it's no better than a fan. There is less privacy because guests from outside can also freely enter the glamping environment, shower on the beach in front of the glamping and rinse in the toilet in the glamping area. Very uncomfortable.

Katanya fasilitas free wifi tapi ga bisa digunakan, untuk TV aja masa disuruh mas yang benerin pake hospot pribadi, untuk kamarnya AC nya jadul dan panas, tempat tidurnya pasir dan ada batu kecil-kecil, pemanas air minum aja dalamnya karatan, next perlu diperhatikan lagi untuk kamarnya agar di pel lantainya. Perlu diperhatikan lagi kebersihan sebelum tamu check in.

Fasilitas hotel yang kami dapat kurang lengkap dalam artian TV tidak ada, water heater tidak ada. Restoran terlalu siang bukanya, alhasil lebih memilih keluar hotel untuk cari sarapan pagi. Ketika hujan tolong sediakan payung di restoran supaya bisa mengantar makanan ke kamar, terima kasih. Overall dengan harga segitu deket pantai jalan kaki 2 menit rekomen.

Kesini karena area bisa langsung ke pantai dan deket ke pantai-pantai lain. Tapi untuk kebersihan agak kurang. Lantai toilet masih ada kotoran & rambut di saluran pembuangan air. Tidak ada petugas bersih-bersih kamar setiap pagi atau sekedar sapu teras kamar yang kotor karena hujan. Air minum kalo ga diminta ga dikasih, baru minta pas hari ke-3 karena mikir kok ga ada petugas ke kamar sekedar tanya, "apa kamar mau dibersihkan?","mau ganti handuk gak?"Atau sekedar ngasih air minum 2 botol. Komplain via chat wa, responnya lama jadi mending telepon langsung ke wa. TV hanya pajangan, dikomplain katanya mau tanya dulu ke teknisi, 4 hari nginep g abener juga TV nya. Untung air kenceng & air panas oke. Mana area sekitar jalan ke hotel gelep, nih resort perlu lampu untuk tanda bagian depan hotel, please jangan pelit lampu. Serem banget jalan keluar malem-malem. Area sekitar ga ada jual makanan pula, harus ke arah kota/pasar baru nemu jualan makanan. Yah, begitulah pengalaman saya menginap 4hari 3malam di sini. Semoga semakin diperbaiki pelayanan dan kebersihannya.

This hotel is pretty good, for family vacations it's also okay, unfortunately it's lacking in the bathroom it looks dirty 🙂.

In some parts of the room floor there is sand, toiletries such as soap/shampoo etc. Hotel staff don't check beforehand whether there is anything or not before guests check in. The bathroom floor is not clean. Shower is not functioning properly.

The room doesn't match the photo, the floor is sticky, the toilet smells, the walls are dull and there are lots of patches.

The room is clean, the reception is good, the food is delicious but really spicy, the beach is clean and maintained, just come back again decchh. Indra in Bateng.

Overall, the view of the beach is good, the rooms are clean, the security is okay, only the cleanliness of the toilets doesn't have a lot of moss on the walls. As for the standard price.

The air conditioner is not cold, the TV screen is blue, the mattress is hard.

The beach is nice, but the wifi is really bad, the TV cable has limited broadcasts. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.
