Everything was okay, from check in to check out, from the staff, room service, swimming pool, everything was great👍

The location is easy to find, on a main road. The hotel staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean and functioning well. There's a swimming pool, which isn't very large. While it's still quite comfortable to stay here, there are a few things that need to be improved. 1. The parking lot is quite cramped, although valet parking is available. However, the two times I valeted my car, it ended up on the side of the road outside the hotel, and a parking attendant asked for money. Fortunately, he didn't ask for much, so it was tolerable. 2. The main breakfast menu was quite limited. The taste was mediocre. Fortunately, there were still some light options. 3. The outdoor tables were still dirty during breakfast, with a lot of cigarette smoke. This may have been leftover from last night's breakfast, as we had an early breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool not too deep so kids like it. Good food. The rooms are a bit narrow so it's not very comfortable, the bathroom is also narrow. Clean water, cold AC. Others are okay.

everything was okay, until the night the room turned out to be not soundproof. we were on the 7th floor, woke up several times because we heard the loud sound of 2-stroke motorbikes going back and forth in the area near the hotel :( breakfast menu is not recommended. none of the food tasted good, the food was not warm except for the chicken porridge

I am disappointed with this hotel: 1. Not providing enough extra beds (when I wanted to order, they said they were sold out). 2. Breakfast is very bad, only 1 protein is provided, namely tuna fish in the buffet, the rest are carbohydrates and vegetables. even for omelets you have to order and queue. Chicken porridge has no chicken, you have to ask for it first, there are only 3 breakfast staff, so all the food tends to run out, even though I came at 7 am. 3. The swimming pool is very small, only suitable for children. 4. The room is very narrow, does not match the picture on Traveloka. 5. Additional breakfast for children is very expensive, does not match the availability of protein which is only tuna fish. At least for a 3-star hotel there should be a choice of sausages, eggs, chicken. Please Traveloka review this hotel again so that it doesn't just look good in the picture, but bad in service.

The room was dusty and there were insects like small cockroaches.

OK, comfort near the city and friendly.

Strategic location, close to Tegal City Walk and in front of the hotel there is sate bang awi which is said to be legendary. The room is ok, no problem, but unfortunately there is no refrigerator, it is said to be broken. Limited car parking, 2 out of 3 nights always did not get a parking lot, finally vale by the friendly security guard. Breakfast is delicious but the variety can be improved again.

It just so happened that yesterday we stayed overnight while fasting, we ordered fried rice for sahur, but it tasted really salty.
