Hotel is close by the airport and close to where I was working, so it was convenient for me. Look forward to the renovations they had going on being completed as I am sure it will be better next time I visit.

Soap, shampoo only the box is there, only 1 is in it, 3 are empty. Toothbrush only 1, so is the toothpaste. Improve it again.

The location is very strategic near the airport and shopping center. However, when checking in, there was no foot mat in the bathroom. Later, it was conveyed to the receptionist and then delivered. At night it rained and the rainwater seeped into the bedroom (room 809), maybe there was a part of the wall that was leaking so it seeped. At breakfast, the excess of one child was charged cash because only two people were covered for food per room and the price was quite high, which was IDR 75,000, - and no bill was given by the cashier. The rest is okay.

The room's AC wasn't cold, there were no towels or toilet mats, the shower faucet was broken, the breakfast food was already finished at 9 am, and it took a long time to refill.

At second day, when I checked out, the lobby area smelled strongly of thinner.
