The pictures online are so different from the actual room. The room is cramped and there is a strong smell from the bathroom even though the door is closed. I feel like if there was a fire, I don't know if they would know to go out. If I come back, I won't choose to stay here again.

Khách sạn phục vụ rất tốt, tuy nhiên đợi nước nóng lâu và nước nóng chảy chậm

Giá phòng đắt hơn so với thực tế. Đặt app 833k nhưng đến nơi bảng giá phòng vip cao nhất là 700k. Mà phòng ốc, sàn nhà, điều hoà thì bụi bặm do vẫn đang sửa chữa, cửa với đệm thì mới nhưng đồ đạc trong phòng thì rất cũ. Đổi sang phòng khác thì còn cũ kĩ hơn, không được như phòng trước khi đổi. Nhân viên lễ tân thì đùn đẩy nhau không xách đồ cho khách (thang máy hỏng). Nói chung là trải nghiệm vô cùng tệ. Không baoh quay lại!
