I took a 4-bedroom villa. Overall, the service was excellent, and they were quick to respond if you needed anything. The only downside was that the hot water was a bit difficult to get out and had to be constantly fished out. The villa itself was nice, and the pool was undeniably small; if you had kids playing in it, they'd be afraid of falling in. It's also close to Cipanas waterfall.

The villa's caretaker was quick to respond to any issues. Nice. Clean. Perfect for extended family gatherings.

It was a bit dirty when I first arrived, sandy, and had some dead insects, so I had to sweep it first. The electricity went out several times, especially in the morning, quite frequently, probably because there were so many people using it.

The mattress, sheets, pillows, and blankets smelled so bad that the housekeeper even asked for them to be replaced (they still smelled), as if they hadn't been washed. The window curtains were incredibly smelly! They had never been washed. Nothing smelled good in the room at all. (The dirty, yellow pillows with brown spots) had not been replaced for decades? The only thing that could be considered better was the swimming pool.

because it was a weekday, it was just me and my family in 3 small villas, I was so happy it felt like a private villa 😁😁😁😁, the villa area was clean and well maintained, the swimming pool was clean, the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean.. I will definitely come back to stay here again.. I want to try the 7 bedroom one sometime 😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The location is on the edge of a village road, so at night, the sound of motorbikes and cars going up is very loud. We happened to have a baby with us, so he woke up and kept getting startled. The stairs to the bed are very steep.

The room smelled very musty and stuffy, and there was a lot of mold on the walls and ceiling.

For the location and atmosphere is quite good, it just needs improvement especially in room facilities such as mattresses and pillows which should be replaced. Hopefully the next time it will be better
