The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception to the air conditioning and housekeeping staff who assisted with bringing luggage to the room. I was very satisfied with the service here.

The staff were enthusiastic and pleasant. I was very pleased with the staff who helped carry our suitcases from the entrance to the back. We had a small baby, and they even helped carry our luggage upstairs. The road to the house was a bit far and deserted, but the staff made up for it – a perfect 10!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying here! I spent a long time choosing before finally deciding on this one. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting me with booking because I only booked one night, and then I booked another night. The space is clean, the bathroom is great, and it's very cool inside, but thankfully there's no mold, so we always prioritize staying here. Besides that, the hotel also has a hill view from the dining area; I took many photos of the hills at night from the hotel. I'll definitely visit this hotel again in July! 🥰

The view was absolutely stunning; I prefer a quiet atmosphere, so I chose Gold View. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the simple furnishings were quite convenient. I had a small child and needed to cook porridge, so the staff helped me use the kitchen to prepare it for her. Overall, I found it suitable for families. Next time I return to Da Lat, I will definitely choose Gold View again. I really love the view.

The hotel room was spacious, stylish, and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the city center. The service was excellent; I forgot some belongings at check-out, and they were very helpful in shipping them back to Saigon. It was truly wonderful and definitely worth experiencing.

It couldn't have been more amazing, a truly memorable trip to Da Lat! Thankfully, I found fantastic accommodation. Visiting during cherry blossom season, with beautiful weather and a lovely experience at Gold View, made me fall in love with Da Lat a thousand times over. I regret not booking a higher-category room to enjoy the panoramic view; my lower-category room was well-equipped, clean, and warm. The staff were lovely; even though I checked out a little late, they were still very helpful and even helped me with my luggage after check-out. Next time I visit, I'll book a room with a view—it was already captivating from the lobby!

I returned here at the beginning of the year. I had stayed here once before and was extremely satisfied. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. They helped me with anything I needed right away. The hotel is located near the city center, so it's very convenient to get to various check-in spots. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very clean and well-maintained. Especially, the hotel has a stunning natural view, which feels healing and very peaceful.

My friend had stayed here before and recommended it. I'm quite picky about staying in new places, but I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the reception staff were. My family had a small child, so carrying large luggage was inconvenient, but surprisingly, they helped carry our luggage up to our room. They also provided directions to places for barbecue and coffee shops with photo opportunities for children, and even pet farms. My family had a really fun experience and decided to choose this as our next place to stay whenever we visit Da Lat.
