The hotel is located right in the center, near many restaurants, cafes, convenient transportation, enthusiastic staff, and the price is ok.

I stayed at the hotel 1 night room nice clean. Also easy to find, I find the price a bit high without breakfast.

Staff not enthusiastic. Unsatisfied about breakfast, asked again and again about breakfast but still had to go up and down for more than 30 minutes to eat. I have asked the hotel to put a car to advertise for a higher price than the price of a car, but the car is too bad, the time is incorrect.

Same hotel but one address is 33 and 36 Truong Han Sieu, according to his see the 33 newer and quiet. However, the 36 is still ok.

The hotel room is quite good, not too far from the tourist sites, reasonable price, nice reception. Generally good for the cost.

Hotel is very clean. Very rarely can find such a clean hotel. Only long hotel, no lift. Have to walk up to the 3rd floor with 4 to stay so each time traveling slightly tired. Normal meal

This was the second time I visited Ninh Binh, then I only stayed 2 days and planned to visit only Hoa Lu and Trang An. I didn't want to spend too much on accommodation so I booked this hotel with reasonable price. The hotel was old, acceptable cleanness with that price (10$/night after discount). The staff was friendly but I wasn't satisfied with the service. We arrived early 7am in the morning and had to pay extra charge 100,000 Vnd to check in. We asked for motorbike rental and they only offered 12 hour rental service, it mean we had to return the motorbike before 7pm and extra charge would be applied if late return. We dealt to rent from 9am to 9pm with the price 120,000 vnd. At first they gave us the motorbike with no mirror then we had to ask them exchange for the new one. Last time we rented motorbike at other hotel and freely to used it until midnight. When I asked the reception girl to book us the bus back to Ha Noi, she said she paid 300,000 vnd for 2 people and included the bus ticket in the invoice. When we were on the bus already, I knew the ticket was only 130,000 vnd/1 person. Of course I was unhappy with this.
