Everything is great except it's a bit far from the center and the road is a bit dirty

I went during the rain so the road to the rooms was dirty and bad. However other than that everything was great

The hotel changed the guest's room category without notice. They booked a room with a panoramic view but gave them a low bungalow with a view of the concrete road.

The view is too good for a short trip. Good staff and service, will definitely come back again.

Khách sạn đẹp, yên tĩnh, khá chu đáo. Chuyến đi sapa quá tuyệt vời luôn ạ. Tuy nhiên xe trung chuyển về thành phố khá sớm nên khách sẽ mất thêm khá nhiều tiền nếu đi chơi về muộn. khách sạn nên tăng thêm chuyến ạ. Vì khách sạn xa trung tâm nên tiền xe điện từ trung tâm về khá mắc ạ

Resort đẹp, view rất đẹp, nhân viên phục vụ tốt nhưng phòng vệ sinh nhiều khi ngửi thấy mùi hôi. Ăn sáng rất ít món và không ngon.

The worst service experience I've ever had at this rate of the hotel. 1. I booked the bungalow and then the room was so far away from the main lobby so I wanted to downgrade it to hotel room (of course I don't need the refund or anything because I know the rule). The first thing the receptionist said was that it was fully booked. And its a lie-I checked on app: there was 2 room available. I confronted her later then she explained that oh its because that room has no view-without an apologize for lying to customer. 2. We left our airpod at the room and someone found it after we left-we knew because we tracked it on icloud. I called few times to ask them to check-no call back from them even though they said they will follow up with me. I was the one call back to follow up and they said they couldn't found it. Obviously its a lie because someone took it just 2 hours after we left and they are using it since then. Give them 2 stars-an additional star for the staffs of restaurant and buggy car drivers because they are friendly. The receptionist girl is the worst receptionist I have ever met-unfriendly and dishonest.

Sẽ không quay lại resort này, trải nghiệm cực kì tồi tệ 2 ngày đến đây thì thời tiết trở lạnh, xe đón mình về Hà Nội lúc 2h.Mình có gọi điện thoại xuống lễ tân nhờ hỗ trợ để được trả phòng trễ thì không nhận được hỗ trợ và yêu cầu trả phòng lúc 12h.Trong khi lúc mình đặt phòng là có extra benifit Nhận phòng sớm 2h và trả phòng trễ 2h.Mình có nói hoặc mình sẽ trả thêm phí nhưng nhân viên yêu cầu trả phòng đúng 12h vì đã nhận book của khách khác.Trong khi thời tiết lúc này khá lạnh 7 độ.Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại:(

Khi tôi booking phòng, có ghi cho check out trễ 3 tiếng or check in sớm 3 tiếng tuy nhiên khi tôi yêu cầu lễ tân check out trễ thì bạn ấy nói không được
