Staffs friendly staffs. The room was spacious & clean. Also very easy to find parking spot as the location is not crowded with shops. Highly recommended 👍.

I stay in room 319. The door is difficult to stay in the wet toilet. The sink in front of the black mirror grew moldy, the location of the chlorine on that date was all okay. Although it's cheap, you have to take care of hygiene

After check in, we noticed that there are water leaking from the ceiling. Informed the receptionist but no action taken. The next morning the floor was flooded with water!! Have to use towel to mop the floor. A bit frustrated. Usually I love my stay here.

The place is nice, pretty, but the rules are not so much as the trash can for the trash, this is not the only way to get outside food, to throw it away, not to eat in a hotel or whatever. There's a staff member who wants to smile and xmesra.

Awesome family room, super clean, got body shampoo, hair shampoo, mineral water, coffee each 4, booked for 4 but got 8 pillows, we can bring extra Toto.. Great... Recommended..

Location in 4KM from Sungai Petani Exit. Overall, the room is ok and comfortable. Affordable and value for money. However the hotel does not have a lift & needs to climb the stairs.
