The room didn't look clean. The ceiling was covered in black spots; I could see them while sleeping, which was uncomfortable.

This is my first time checking to this hotel, I thought this hotel is simple but my expectation is out of my mind, this hotel got facilities gym, pool, parking free and the concept of this hotel is building to building, honestly seen like unsecured because this hotel is open area but don't worry the staff said this place is very safe. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant was so delicious and the place so fantastic. The top compliment to give is the staff is very helpful the name is Anas I think he is bellman there he can speak malay as well very fluent and thank you to all staff there. I definitely come again.

The staff here are lovely. They always greet you when you walk by. The room is exactly as advertised. It's a new room in a new building, so it's not worn out. The breakfast is also delicious. I recommend it.

I got a dark room next to the elevator. If I wasn't an easy-going person, I would have had a hard time breathing. But the bed was okay.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was initially Happy, but when I checked out it was a very bad experience, we were charged compensation fees because of stains on the pillows and sheets that had been there since the beginning, it was a cunning way, it was very clear that the stains were from the iron and the stains were big, when we wanted to clarify with the cleaning service they ran away, because they knew we were guests from different countries. So if you want to stay here, you have to be really careful, take photos and videos first before occupying the room, because if you don't, you will experience the same thing as us, they will ask for compensation because of the stains that were already there before we occupied the room

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Each additional pillow was 50 baht, and each bucket of ice was 40 baht. Overall, it was good.
