This is my second time staying at White Sand. The resort has improved tremendously, especially with the pest control. Everything else was satisfying. Great location, cleaned beach, very peaceful with no noise. All staff were so friendly and dedicated. What amazed me the most and made me decide that I would definitely stay here again and again was there attitude towards my dog. They treated my dog with all love and sympathy.

A bit old but still has something very nice, the staff is very attentive to guests, the private beach is very beautiful with white sand, delicious food, quiet and relaxing nature

The resort is very pet-friendly, but you must notify in advance and bring your children's vaccination records. The friendly and enthusiastic receptionist and staff always guide you when needed. My family and I went on a weekend vacation here and felt very comfortable and satisfied. And what I'm most pleased with is being allowed to bring my family's "4-legged member" along because going out doesn't feel safe for my two kids at home, so I decided to bring both of them along. My kids really like it and have fun playing because the beach is very wide for them to run and jump freely.

The location is easy to find, right on the beach. The rooms are also clean, the only thing is that the air conditioner in my room was set to a timer, because my family rented a villa so I slept there at night so it didn't affect anything. Welcome drinks have delicious lemon flavor... the staff are very ok. Very friendly. Importantly, this resort allows you to bring your pet. But you have to notify the resort in advance and bring your pet's vaccination book. The beach is very clean and the scenery is very peaceful. A great place for families to relax. Suitable for families and for those who need a quiet place to relax on the weekend.

Very bad for the price. I booked a room with a price that was not cheap, but what I received was completely not worth it. When I checked in, I heard the reception told the room to check in for guests to check in, but when I entered the room, the first thing I saw was a piece of lizard droppings that was still wet on the bed. Called the front desk to tell the room to come down to handle it, thinking it would be replaced, but they only took a towel to wipe it and said sympathetically because the resort uses natural materials (?!). The next morning, there was another one in my suitcase. Worse, mosquitoes are everywhere, from the yard to the room, to the toilet and opening the wardrobe, it's like a mosquito nest, really scared. In the evening when my family went out, there was a staff member to turn down, decorate the room, spray mosquitoes, fold the edge of the bed, let go of the bed curtains ... but forget the black damp damp cleaning cloth right on the pile of clothes of the house. I'm (?) The bed sheets, pillows and blankets are all discolored, no longer white, trying to sleep all night, but the mosquitoes keep buzzing in the nets, beating them continuously. The screen is dirty, dirty spots, not clean. Weak water, I also accept. The culmination is the toilet. Every time I finish flushing the toilet, I have to open the lid of the water tank behind to press the water to pump up… really annoying! I don't ask for professionalism or decency, but when I paid a large amount of money and received the above things in return, it was really frustrating. The resort does not invest in refurbishing equipment, furniture as well as treating insects, especially in the rainy season like this, it is really worrying.

The rooms were spacious, the beds had mosquito nets. Breakfast was great! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
