The water heater is broken (all the circuits are exposed and cannot be turned on), the old air conditioner is broken, the old TV cannot watch the internet, the only thing is that the cleaning is ok, but the extra hour fee is a bit expensive, up to 70k/next hour (higher class hotels usually only charge 50k/next hour).

I read the hotel reviews before booking the room, most of them criticized the hotel service as not very good, so I was a bit hesitant. But because the hotel is near the center and near my workplace, I decided to choose the hotel. The room is a bit small but it is enough for a person like me, there is wifi on all floors, the room is clean, there is air conditioning, hot and cold water, drinking water, every day there will be staff cleaning the room... the receptionist is also friendly... If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will definitely continue to stay here.

It looks like this is a scam hotel, paid money for a full 22hours and just to be told that I can only stay for 2 hours. Meanwhile if I wanna stay there then I’d have to pay extra 350k VND. The hotel is old and smells like mold, the bed is hard.

The room area is clean, the wifi works well and it is in an area with lots of cheap local culinary.

Extremely bad experience, be careful when ordering on the app to avoid being scammed. Or there are times when you order one thing and the staff says another thing when you get there.

Đây là trải nghiệm không tốt của tôi với dịch vụ bên Hotel Mely Cá nhân tôi thấy hệ thống đặt phòng cần cải thiện vì thông tin không rõ ràng, không gi rõ giá đặt trong hay giờ hay qua đêm, khi đặt xong hệ thống báo nhận 12h hôm nay trả 10h hôm sau, nhưng khi nhận phòng lễ tân báo giá đó chỉ ở trong 2 giờ, sau khi trao đổi tôi có chấp nhận bù thêm tiền để nhận phòng có hỏi lễ tân giờ trả phòng và lễ tân có xác nhận 12h trưa hôm sau, tuy nhiên đến ngày hôm sau lúc 9h57 đã có người đến gõ cửa yêu cầu trả phòng trong lúc khách đang nghỉ ngơi tôi cảm thấy rất phiền và không hài lòng, tôi thấy khách sạn nên làm việc các ca làm thống nhất với nhau và khi lễ tân tư vấn phải tư vấn chính xác tránh trường hợp mỗi người 1 ý làm cho kh không nắm bắt được giờ check in & check out.

I usually stay here when I go to Hanoi on business, friendly staff, ok room but the bathroom needs a little renovation because the bathroom door is rusty already.

If the hotel is vacant during the season, if the hotel arrives 45 "early (13:15), the hotel will charge an extra check in 60k. I travel a lot of places, most of the hotels even support early check in 2-3 If the room is empty, this is a matter of comfort for guests when staying because the amount of surcharge is not much.
