The hotel is rated 4 stars, but the rooms are filthy, smell musty, and the bathroom is incredibly dirty. The entire large hotel only had about 10 guests. The price is high, but the service is terrible.

Hotel 4* but does not have swimming pool, toilet is dirty and rusted. Not expected to pay high cost for this type of hotel. Waste money :( so on, staffs & services are poor.

Nice position near the river and the night market. But the carpet of the room and blanket were very dirty.

The first time I saw the hotel charge 200k when changing rooms. At first I got a room, checked in at 8pm, finished dinner, I returned to the room and found that the air conditioner was not working, so I needed to change to a two-bed room, the receptionist asked for an extra fee because I used the room. When I exchanged, the receptionist was very uncomfortable but there was no fee. The breakfast was poor, nothing to eat and very bad. TV, remote control without battery, weak wifi :)
