The tap water is dirty so I can't take a morning shower, overall it's good and comfortable.

It's not pleasant to stay here. The water often goes off. The reason is because it's full, simultaneous use, so the water flow is small. Every time you want to go to the bathroom, you have to wait for water first.

Admin reminded me via WA, I didn't realize that check-in time after 23.59 is not possible, if you want to wait you will be charged again. The information is that the room price is different because it's a different day even though it was already CO on Thursday, the information is that there will be a charge on Friday, because of the late check-in. Fortunately, the officer on duty at the location was friendly. The room occupied was on the 2nd floor, a room with a fan without a TV and without a water heater for bathing, it is very unfortunate that the sharia hotel does not have a prayer mat in the room. Completeness and others are as in the photo.

Good evening Mr. Regaf, Thank you for your review. There are several things we need to clarify, 1. Since you booked when the hotel was almost closing at 12 midnight, it is reasonable for us to contact you to remind you of the maximum time limit that we can accommodate as stated in the application at 12 midnight. We have the right to refuse accommodation outside of operating hours. You arrived past the time limit, we still accommodate. We have to pay overtime for employees who are on duty past 12 midnight, please be aware. 2. You ordered a queen type with a fan, then you were placed in that type. (the cheapest type available) according to yes. 3. We have prayer mats that can be borrowed upon request, understandably prone to being carried away by guests according to our experience. We have tried to serve you well, wise guests will judge for themselves from the chronology of what has happened. We hope that guests will also see the reviews of other guests who are satisfied with the service we provide. Thank you, Management
