Since you booked when the hotel was almost closing at 12 midnight, it is reasonable for us to contact you to remind you of the maximum time limit that we can accommodate as stated in the application at 12 midnight. We have the right to refuse accommodation outside of operating hours. You arrived past the time limit, we still accommodate. We have to pay overtime for employees who are on duty past 12 midnight, please be aware. 2. You ordered a queen type with a fan, then you were placed in that type. (the cheapest type available) according to yes. 3. We have prayer mats that can be borrowed upon request, understandably prone to being carried away by guests according to our experience.
