The location is very strategic, near Pasar Seni MRT station, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

The staff, including the person at the front desk as well as the security at the door, are very helpful and accommodating. Surrounded by a busy environment, yet benign and relaxing on the inside.

The staff at the next hotel are a bit friendlier to the guests, but asking for early check in is also very difficult.

the hotel is nice and comfortable, the hotel staff is nice and friendly. the place is also clean. The location is also strategic, near the station, Jamek Mosque, Merdeka Square and Petaling Street. I would say it is recommended 😍

Wow, this is terrible, the first time I ordered a last minute hotel in Malaysia, it was completely ruined. Waiting for a clear status for 3 hours, whether there was a room or not. Hanging. This is actually a good hotel, but the front liner service is rotten.

I've stayed here many times because it's a strategic location, you just have to walk everywhere, especially to the train station, near the hotel there's a McD, KFC, KK Mart. The staff are not responsive enough if we ask for something, overall good 👌🏻.

Nice hotel, near central market, dataran merdeka and also Jamek mosque. We get upgrade room from hotel staff, from without window to room with room. Alhamdulillah. Thank you cosmo hotel!

I booked a room for 4 days 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. Given free refill water 2 liters per day, there is a refrigerator, safety box, iron and hair dryer. I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, because maybe seeing me having trouble bringing 2 toddlers, the hotel staff allowed us to check in early. We were also given a room with a window, my children were very happy. Thank you for the service and pleasant experience during our stay.

Very clean and perfect place. Nearby the line commuter very easy to go anywhere in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely recommend. And would like to stay when in Kuala Lumpur
