The rooms are comfortable, safe, and child- and family-friendly. The food is top-notch, from the variety to the taste. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and the portions are generous, enough for two. The pool is deep enough for kids, and there's also a gym. The place is comfortable and quiet. This place is really great; I've brought my family here several times and everyone has been happy.

At first, I was a bit underestimating because the lobby for entering the car seemed narrow. When I went up to the lobby on the mezzanine floor, it turned out to be spacious, nice, and cool. I was greeted by the receptionist and got free afternoon tea, although I didn't get to try it because it wasn't ready until 4 PM. The room was also very nice, like a 5-star hotel. The room lights were quite bright, the amenities were clean. I got a free drink from Sido Muncul (beras kencur, vitamin C & kuku bima). The breakfast menu was also like people's reviews, the menu was extensive, ranging from Indonesian food, Japanese food, Italian food, and Chinese food. There were lots of food variations like the lunch buffet menu. Oh yeah, parking turned out to be not as difficult as I imagined. In short, I was very satisfied staying here.

Great, my kids had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Chanti. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Ms. Alena at the front desk. The room was clean, even with carpeting, but the tiles were well-maintained, the AC was cool, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were complete. Thank you Hotel Chanti. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a pleasure. I've stayed here four times because the food is delicious and the access to GM is easy. Parking is limited, but the staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

I stayed for two nights in a Premier and Deluxe room, differing only in the laundry facilities and afternoon tea. The rooms are exactly the same size. Prices during high season are higher than other hotels of the same level. The standard room is spacious, and the additional amenities are quite good. The service is quite good. It could be improved further.
