The hotel staff was very friendly, and the access was easy, just a bit congested. The swimming pool was clean and didn't smell of chlorine. The rooms were clean and nice.

A pretty good 4-star hotel in a strategic location. Parking is a bit cramped, but there's a security guard on hand to assist with getting in and out. The staff is very friendly and professional. I encountered a minor issue, but both staff and management responded promptly and promptly. The food is quite varied, and dinner at the cafe with a pool view adds to the serene atmosphere. Overall, it's good and highly recommended.

Very family friendly hotel, staff are very friendly and nice... Top for the food, especially the rawon, delicious.

Strategically located in West Surabaya, close to shopping centers. Clean, comfortable bathrooms.

There are many restaurants around the hotel and it is easy to get to the new mall.

The stay was very friendly. The room is nice and clean.

During my stay at Fairfield since 2019, with a fairly frequent frequency, on average the room AC is not cold enough (for me, maybe for some people it is enough). Friendly staff, friendly and professional security, really 24 hours standby (great) For breakfast choices, standard but quite delicious. The FO staff is also very friendly, our family was greeted by Mr. Temy, he was very friendly and communicative. The location is very strategic near Ciputra Tunjungan and Pakuwon. Maybe the AC needs to be rejuvenated and the pillows are a bit hard (maybe replaced with soft ones). That's all and always success for Fairfield by Marriott.

It is very comfortable to be there, the room size is also quite spacious, the service is the best.

Anyway, if I go to Surabaya again, I will definitely stay here.

The room is very clean, the lighting is bright. It's just that you can only check in at 15:00, it's too late, and if you check in early at 14:00 you will be charged 50% of the room price.
