Very satisfying stay at Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya: highly recommended.

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay at the Fairfield Marriott Surabaya. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very friendly and attentive. On the second afternoon, there was a leak in the shower hose. I reported it to customer service, and it was quickly addressed. The restaurant menu was varied and the food was delicious. Even my 3-year-old son ate with gusto. The bedroom and bathroom were also kept clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly, from check-in to check-out, and the room service was responsive when needed. The breakfast menu was good and authentic. I would stay again if I were in Surabaya.

Have stayed at Fairfield many times, it is indeed a suitable hotel for access to PTC, Tunjungan and even Rungkut. All staff, both FO and security are very friendly and communicative. Never disappointed for 3 years every time I come to Surabaya, even if there is an event in Malang I always stay here. Just a little suggestion, for the bathroom floor towels please replace it, because I have stayed several times from April 2026, May 2026, June 2026 and last August 2026 I saw that the floor towels were torn at the edges. I didn't have time to take a photo, otherwise the others are fine. Thank you.
