The location is absolutely stunning. The hotel is right on the beach, just outside the door. There are continuous cultural and entertainment activities. It's a great spot for those who like to watch the sunrise and sunset from their rooms. The staff are enthusiastic and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, and since I'm used to eating light breakfasts, I found the food very much to my liking. Room amenities and services are good, the only downside is the weak Wi-Fi, sometimes there's no connection, so everyone should bring a good mobile network. I had a particularly good trip with this hotel. Everything was wonderful!!! ❤️

- Service: The biggest drawback is that despite being a 4-star hotel, the TV doesn't have internet access and is laggy. The shower in the toilet leaked, flooding the floor. The welcome drink was good, but it should have been served earlier while guests were waiting; I had to ask and remind them to bring it. The only positive thing is that the hotel connects with a motorbike rental service if needed. There's a footbath and access to the basement for those going to the beach. There's a welcome fruit platter in the room, but the hairdryer is an old model and a bit weak. - Space: The bedroom has too few clothes hangers, and the headboard area is quite dusty and hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. The lobby doesn't seem to have very good air conditioning; the rooms and lobby smelled great upon arrival. The dining area has many tables exposed to direct sunlight; the hotel should add curtains! - Location & View: The sea view is amazing, but it's a bit noisy at night (even on the 10th floor) due to the loud music stage near the beach. The location is great, being close to the Dragon Bridge and Han Bridge. - Staff: Everyone was very friendly and enthusiastic, except for a few staff members who were a bit careless and forgot to handle a situation for the next shift, but it was resolved afterwards. - Food selection isn't very diverse, but the seasoning is decent. - Overall: The price isn't very reasonable. If the hotel upgrades and improves, it might be worth considering a return. If you want a sea view, it's acceptable.

Conveniently located right next to the beach, the service is ok. The only problem is that I have to change clothes at 2pm during my lunch break, so it's a bit inconvenient.

Good hotel in price range, Minh Hieu supports enthusiastically

Everything was fine, but the room cleaning was not as expected. The next morning I went to Ba Na and asked the staff to help me clean my room. But when I returned, it was past 2pm and no one had cleaned my room yet. I called the receptionist and was told that there were many guests so they couldn't clean it yet. The peak tourist season is only a few months, and people only travel 1-2 times a year. The hotel should arrange suitable staff instead of giving excuses.

The hotel has a great location, airy surrounding landscape, beautiful opposite beach, clear water, many entertainment facilities, clean. The hotel is clean and beautiful, friendly staff, clean rooms in standard.

Simple hotel, clean, staff very attentive, breakfast OK… Watch for additional costs on app with kids, but I resolved with hotel staff. The pool is clean but needs more places to sit and cushions!

The view is good, facing the sea, check in is a bit long due to the crowd, the elevator is also long due to the crowd. The hotel is long so the room is a bit old compared to Mandila. The sink drain is a bit clogged. The house doesn't smell very good. Breakfast is very limited, utensils are a bit old. The price is a bit cheaper than Mandila but the other side has a more diverse and clean breakfast.

Clean and tidy room, good breakfast. However, when waiting for check-in, I was not satisfied. Only reception, no staff asking for drinks or anything. It took a lot of work, as soon as I walked in, there were few seats left, it was very hot to wait outside 🙂 It's also a 4-star hotel but it's very strange.

Going 4 adults who booked 3 rooms and asked for a large bed does not mean that the double bed is combined into the big bed because lying on one person such a bed is no different from a single bed and is not comfortable. Responses to the front desk cannot be handled. Sea view but only the room next to the sea does not see the sea. Overall a very bad experience.
