never book this apartment again if you don't want to experience the same fate as me. I went there until 2 am waiting for the owner of the apartment for 2 hours until 4 am.. the security was very good and helped calling repeatedly even though he didn't pick up the phone. the owner of this apartment is an individual. after meeting the owner he asked for additional fees on the pretext that traveloka paid him too little.... even though it was none of my business as a tenant he still didn't give me a room and asked me to please cancel. and please find another lodging... even though I went there in a very sleepy state and my 3 small children had to be stranded in the lobby until 6 am... after I complained to traveloka and ordered a cheap oyo in front of this apartment... but Alhamdulillah traveloka quickly responded to pay the leak for the treatment of the owner of this apartment... and replaced the order fee and added 30% leak. but still the treatment of the cruel man who has no heart can not be forgotten... if traveloka I am satisfied... hopefully I will not work with him again
