I really love everything in this hotel ❤️.

Location surrounded by food stalls, restaurants, and shops, good and convenient. Staff also helpful. Room never got cleaned up, water pressure not strong.

The room with two beds was clean. The hotel is close to the city center, within a 500m walk of the church and cable car area. Breakfast had a few basic options, with limited choices; the noodle soup, like chicken pho, had too much bread and too little meat. The hotel should repair or replace the fruit juice dispenser (the tap was broken, guests had to scoop from the large container to get juice). The food lacked distinctive flavors. The hotel assisted with motorbike rentals and cable car tickets. The staff were friendly. The lock on room 203 was difficult to open, and the shared bathroom on the 3rd floor had a lot of water flooding the floor from morning to evening.

Good location, surrounded by restaurants and shops so you won't be lonely. Also near Sun Plaza if you want to go to Fansipan Mountain. Staff friendly and helpful, but the room was not cleaned up daily, need to ask for new towels, floor dirty and shower water not strong too. But you pay what you get, just don't expect much with that price you pay.

Terrible! There's no parking, you have to walk a kilometer to find a car. The room is damp and smelly, there's no TV, and the shower head is broken. When I questioned it, the receptionist said that's why I chose that room (658,000 VND). Honestly, this room doesn't meet the standards for operating a guesthouse.

The staff were enthusiastic, lovely, and friendly. I stayed here for 3 nights. The local pork dish was delicious. My family received a complimentary dish. I will definitely come back next year and support this place again.

The bag was torn up beforehand, and the staff going up and down didn't throw it away. I had to go up there to report it. I rented 4 rooms, and all 4 smelled awful. The guesthouse was run-down, with cracked walls in the rooms. Room 205 was stained. The toilet smelled bad, and the bedside lamp was broken and taped shut. I had to book another hotel immediately after my stay. A terrible experience.

Swan City Hotel was so cozy and at a strategic location. All the staff are very friendly.

We checked out in the morning, then had breakfast, and we left our luggage there until the evening, it was safe 😀

The room was okay, and the location was convenient. We went on a day with bad weather, so even booking a room with a mountain view meant we couldn't see anything. 😀

The bathroom lacked a glass shower enclosure, so water splashed everywhere when the children showered. The showerhead was almost broken, and the water jets weren't directed properly, making it difficult to keep the room from getting wet. Furthermore, the showerhead didn't have a hanger and was left lying haphazardly on the floor. The toilet spray was constantly running, keeping the area around the toilet bowl wet, so I had to pull it down to the floor near the shower area to avoid getting wet. And that's not all; for some reason, water kept leaking from the wall under the sink, keeping the floor underneath constantly wet. In short, the bathroom was always wet due to these factors, while my slippers had holes, so they got soaked every time I went into the bathroom. The two-bed room lacked bedside tables, and the beds and wardrobes were very old. The room on the first floor felt like a basement, yet it cost 1 million VND per night.

The hotel is convenient for traveling, eating, and having fun, near the cable car station. The downside is that the breakfast has few dishes, the room water is weak, and the air conditioner and heating mode do not work.
