The service is not good, the man is rude, the road access is dark and a bit scary at night, the sockets are only for TV and fan, there is only 1 water bottle in the room even though the room type is for 2 people, not recommended.

Thank you for the review, oh the one who checked in at midnight. A room for 2 people wanted to be filled with 4 people but was offered an additional room but didn't want to add an extra bed but 2 also asked for just 1, that's how it is if the rude man doesn't follow his wishes. Usually like that, previously there was also a room for 4 people but it turned out to be 7 people, when told, he ended up commenting hmm.

The staff is not very friendly. The shower is small. There is no hot water. The service is very lacking. Just come here once with the family. Disappointed 😡

Everything is comfortable. From the beautiful outside atmosphere. But the bathroom is towards the bed which doesn't make it comfortable. Then there were no towels. That's all. The rest is good

The entrance is small and dark, but only 100 m. But won't be disappointed. The guest house is really okay. The parking lot is quite large, the rooms are big and clean, there is an electric kettle, there is also warm water, a fan, wifi is there, very quiet, and most importantly the owner is really friendly. If you go to Bukittinggi, you will stay here again. Seriously, this is highly recommended.
