The building is basic, being an apartment building. The lobby isn't luxurious, but the units are nice. They come complete with a kitchen and a movie room. We rented a one-bedroom unit. It's close to Adventist Hospital, and there's a food court around the corner from Adventist. There are also several convenience stores within the apartment complex.

A perfect place to stay for a large family. Spacious rooms, a kitchen, clean, and close to everything. Definitely worth it 😆. The only downside is the lack of hot water for showers.

I've been a frequent visitor to Penang for medical check-ups. And Tropics Eight Suite really delivers! Nice and friendly receptions. I love the Standard Suite, even my son loves to run around the room as the room is so spacious. Last but not least, the bathroom. The housekeeping really did their job cleaning the bathroom. So clean without a speck of dust!! I'd love to stay at the Standard Suite again, but sometimes it's not available. Please make the room available again.

Room and service are good and clean. Downside for family with kids. No proper lobby drop-off and pick-up. A bit dangerous. No ramp for prams and to have to carry luggage up and down stairs. And also not many halal food choices around the hotel, but there are a few marts below. Had to go out of the area or order Grab. No restaurant there currently. Other than that, the hotel is okay.

Location near Adventist Hospital, room unit good. They have a washing machine to make it easier. But they don't have someone to help us put our suitcase in the room. It's difficult if you use a wheelchair, and if there is a noisy room upstairs, it can be heard.

I usually stay here when I travel to Penang and will continue to support. However, it would be good to allow hotel guests to check out late at 1 pm or 2 pm because sometimes there is a meeting going on and they need to rush back to check out.

I stay here often. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. It's not far from Adventist Hospital. Wheelchair access is a bit tricky, as you have to enter through the basement, where you have to notify staff before opening the barrier.
