Very good and very pleasant, only there is no kettle to boil hot water and the bathroom is still too slippery. The staff at The Satu Stay are very friendly, but the hotel staff are not very friendly.

order 2 rooms. the sheets are used sheets. one has pee marks. the studio room has drool marks. 😢😢😢😢

Very bad experience, Don't want to stay here. The staff service is not friendly! How come the inn doesn't provide toothbrushes, the tissues are out, in the room you can't turn on the electric kettle if it's turned on the electricity goes out, the bathroom faucet is leaking. Either the staff is lazy or what. In my experience, if I stay anywhere, the staff always accompany and serve, but this staff is lazy and unfriendly. Bad, it's better to stay at a hotel than here.

Good, but there is no hot water and the TV screen is not good. There are holes in the walls. But it's good for a family vacation. The pool is wide and flat, so it's safe for children. God willing, I'll come here again.

The room is dirty especially for their bathroom. Its like never they clean before. The picture they used is from AKASHA apartement not their place. In their place they don't have facilities like the picture. Worst experience indeed

Overall okay, but I'm just a little confused when I put the plug in to make hot water, the power is not strong, so I have to turn off the others, but it's okay, when I get home I can go there again, hehe

Not quite the same as in the photo. There is no water heater, the bathroom is dull, there is no wifi, the transparent curtains make it uncomfortable. But the interior is not boring.

The mattress is slanted, the picture of the swimming pool doesn't match the one you got, aka it turns out a photo of another place was used.

6-7 Januari '2024 staycation bareng anak dan suami, sangat menyenangkan, kamarnya bersih tersedia alat² masak yang lengkap. Dapat air mineral dan kopi sachet, kolam renang luas anak ku suka, minusnya parkir aja sihh. Jam berjalan gak ada maximal 😂😂 bikin bengkak kantong.

Worth it banget, kamar rapih & wangi.

(+) 2 clean towels, toothbrush + toothpaste, mineral water and coffee are provided. (+) The bathroom is clean and well maintained. (+) The bed is quite big, clean, comfortable, really the best. (+) AC works well. (-) The curtains are very transparent. Overall, this is really worth it for the price offered.

The room is not what I expected, very dirty, and the wall besides the bed is full with fungus. I'm very disappointed and I contacted the person in charge for a refund (I book 2 nights and we can't stay longer because of the dirty room) but very slow response. Not recommended place to rent.
